1. Service Description

Zerox Coding is an online learning platform that provides educational courses related to:

• Programming & Software Development
• Website Development
• Ethical Hacking (Educational purpose only)
• Technology and IT skills

2. Account Registration

To access courses, you may need to create an account using Email/Password or Mobile Number/OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Trial Offer

• We provide a ₹1 trial for 7 days.
• During the trial, users get access to course content.
• After the trial ends, subscription may continue automatically unless cancelled.

5. Subscription and Autopay

By purchasing a trial or subscription, you agree that:

• Subscription may renew automatically.
• Payment will be deducted automatically via Autopay.
• You can cancel Autopay anytime.

* Zerox Coding is not responsible if users forget to cancel Autopay.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share account with others.
• Record or distribute course videos.
• Copy or resell course content.
• Use content for illegal purposes.

Violation may result in account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zerox Coding is not responsible for user misuse of knowledge, technical issues beyond our control, or payment gateway failures.

1. Trial Policy

We provide a ₹1 trial for 7 days so users can test the course quality and content before committing to a full subscription.

2. No Refund Policy

We do NOT provide refunds for:

• Subscription payments
• Monthly charges
• Partial usage

Reason: Users get trial access before subscription to make an informed decision.

3. User Responsibility

Users must cancel Autopay before the next billing date if they do not want to continue. We are not liable for charges incurred due to failure to cancel on time.

4. Exception

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment was deducted due to a technical error.
• Duplicate payment was made for the same service.

1. Subscription Model

Zerox Coding provides subscription-based access. Plans may include ₹1 trial for 7 days followed by a Monthly subscription.

2. Automatic Renewal

After the trial or subscription period ends, the subscription renews automatically, and payment is deducted via Autopay.

3. Autopay Cancellation

Users can cancel Autopay anytime via:

• Account Settings on Zerox Coding
• Payment Provider App (Razorpay, Paytm, UPI Autopay, etc.)

After cancellation, no future charges will be deducted.

4. Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, your access remains active until the current billing period ends. No further renewal happens.

5. Consent

By purchasing a trial or subscription, you explicitly agree to the Autopay and subscription terms.
